We help local farmers by purchasing their produce as our main raw materials, especially fresh chili and garlic. Hua Ruea chilli is a Cayenne Pepper planted in the Northeastern part of Thailand. Hua Ruea chilli is a large chilli with a length of approximately 7-8 cm. It is moderately spicy and fragrant. When the chilli is ripe, it will be red. It can be eaten fresh or processed into dried chilli. Sisaket garlic is garlic with unique characteristics, i.e. firm, thin skin, good taste, fragrant, spicy, and pungent smell. It can be stored for a long time and will not atrophy. The garlic farm is located near the production plant.
